VEM are looking for an Interim Business Partner for an assignment of 12 months starting immediately at Husqvarna Group.
As HR Business Partner, you are the point of contact for all HR related issues for your part of the business, where you independently coach and support the business as well as its leaders. You will, among other things, work on developing, maintaining and implementing Husqvarna's global HR processes. Negotiations, salary setting, work environment, employer branding and other personnel-related tasks are also a part of the role. Together with the HR team you will actively participate and contribute to the HR department's development and continuous improvement.
You are believed to have experience from running both operational and strategic HR issues. Experience in working with HR processes as well as working with the technology agreement is a merit. Strong language skills, oral and written, in both Swedish and English is a requirement to achieve in this role.
