Welcome to an exciting leadership opportunity at Jönköping International Business School.

As Operations Manager you will be a part of the JIBS leadership team and have personnel responsibility for the administrative staff at JIBS. You will ensure JIBS compliance with JU’s administrative rules and policies, manage and develop administrative support/processes and supervise the school’s facilities. The main tasks and responsibilities are to:

We are looking for an experienced leader with a coaching leadership style, enterprising attitude and executive ability. Your positive and empathetic personality is combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are structured, patient and flexible but decisive.

To succeed in this role, you need to have an academic degree in a relevant field and experience of budget responsibility, change and development management, interaction with unions and safety- and health regulations. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in written and spoken English as well as Swedish.
