VEM is looking for a strategic and proactive Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Manager to Husqvarna Group, a completely new role that you get the possibility to shape and develop!

 

About the role

In the role, you will develop and create Husqvarna Group’s work with Talent Attraction & Employer Branding at strategic, tactical, and operational level. An important part of this role is to develop strategies, build structures and create processes for the development for the department to be able to find new ways of working. The goal is clear – to always attract and retain the right candidates. You will work closely with the managers and try to create a more proactive way of work with Talent Attraction and Employer Branding with clear strategic areas.

The Talent Attraction team in Sweden consists of several highly skilled, ambitious, and motivated employees and we need your help to grow. Leading, coaching and developing the employees is a high priority. You’re a member of the HR management team.

 

About you

We believe that you have long and broad experience of working with Employer Branding and Talent Attraction. You have experience from development and implementation of strategies within the field. A University degree in HR/organization/leadership or equivalent is preferably.  You are fluent, both in writing and orally, in English.

As a person, you are self-driven and proactive with a structured way of working and the ability to prioritize. You are communicative with the capacity to transform strategies into concrete actions.  You are used to lead in an inclusive way with a natural ability to motivate and engage your team. It’s important that you’re a present leader since the team has a hybrid work model, meaning that some parts of the team work remotely.

Good to know

As a Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Manager, you will be located in Huskvarna, with a high flexibility to work remotely. You will report to Director People & Organization Sweden.
